Okay I have had a 6 month stay at the this hotel while I undergo training for a new career field. The room was a 1 bed 1 bath with kitchen and full size fridge. I enjoyed my stay with fellow residents and current employees. It was quiet and peaceful the entire time. I have nothing but love for the employees offering exceptional cleaning services on schedule. The love they offer and attention to detail for your every need is above others. I will miss you all dearly. Mike front desk you are my brother from another mother I couldn't have survived this stay without you here. Shawn you are a true professional at your job I could not ask for better management as your team follows your lead to success. I may not know everyone's name but the entire cleaning crew and Emanuel thank you all for being who you are. I am not a paid sponsor I am a fellow member of the woodsprings family. I would definitely recommend a stay here day in day out night after night. See you around woodsprings team!

2 weeks so far during home renovations and pleasantly surprised that my concerns were not as bad as the previous reviews have reported on many occasions. I stopped in a month before reserving to “see” the property. Kimberly was very helpful then & has been during my stay. I called before reserving & spoke to Sean who has delivered on everything he said. Once I checked in, Mike has been nothing but amazing in handling anything that I have inquired about, as well as some issues (not hotel related, but other guests noise issues, which are quickly addressed.) Andrew, overnight security, has been very helpful on the 2 occasions I’ve contacted him. Will came in my first week to adjust the water pressure & temperature, which was very much appreciated. So the staff is on top of things & doesn't overlook any issues, including asking the vaping guests to leave after they set off the fire alarm at 6:30am one day. It’s a very clean property, close to I95, Target, Starbucks, Publix, gas stations, hospitals and the area seems to be policed well keeping it safe. It is an extended stay (says so in the website, so those that arrive should already know that. If you can bring a few things from home, head to the Dollar Tree for paper plates, utensils, cups, pans, ziplocks or you can purchase from the front desk and keep what you have purchased. You only receive minimal towels, but can exchange your used ones at the desk - as per other reviews, you are NOT expected to use the same towels or share with others in your party your entire stay. (All of this is stated on the website, so not sure why folks complain about something they should have already known before booking unless they are using a 3rd party site that doesn’t give complete details.) Rooms are large, full size fridge, microwave, cooktop, large storage drawers, etc. Heat & air blow well with NO mold, mildew or burning smell - very rare in Florida hotels. Despite other reviews, the only issues I’ve noticed at this hotel are specific guests who are not aware of their surroundings or don’t care (ie LOUD, so one just has to notify the staff to have that resolved), smoking area is too close to the entry doors, and you do not earn Choice Privileges even though it is part of the brand. The lobby coffee is also really bad and contrary to other reviews, there are cups, cream & sugar provided right next to the coffee; perhaps the person was looking for these items after the coffee station closed, at which time it would have been put away. It isn’t an all day coffee station. The coffee is really bad though, I don’t even know how to describe it, but Starbucks & Wawa are within walking distance. They do NOT charge for basic WiFi; only if you need excess speeds. I work from the hotel a few days a week & have had no issue with the FREE WiFi at all. There is a library with private rooms available behind Walmart about 4 miles away if you should have a need. And to the one who reported homeless living in the hallways, that is NOT true unless a guest let them in, but with all the cameras, the person would have been escorted out immediately. The hallway floors are sometimes dirty, but it is usually from the dirt on construction workers boots. There are a lot of them here & I don’t know why they don’t wipe their boots at the door before entering, but most of them are aware & do the right thing. They’re here long enough to sleep, then they go back to work very early. Do wish they’d remember that the floors are wooden & every sound carries, including them dragging furniture around & throwing their tool bags on the surfaces. The entire area has a lot of nice, safe walking paths & parks if interested & the hotel has a small gym too. There is a very large Christian church about 2 miles north on the same street past Target & Publix. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is like-minded, quiet, respectful, clean and a kind person to staff & other guests and I am very picky. Sean has been very kind in his responses to the reviews even though many of them are completely untrue.

This hotel is excellent if you are working, moving, need a kitchenette to cook good food for yourself, or need longer stays. The weekly rates are very reasonable. Plenty of parking. But the best part of this hotel location are the general manager Mary and assistant manager Michael who provide friendly and most excellent customer service. Made my moving easier and i really felt at home at this great extended stay type hotel. the rooms are perfect for working folks. Best hotel in the area.

I stayed here from November of 2025 until late February of 2026 for work related reasons. I thought the rooms were clean and well maintained with a wonderful staff at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again if I was needed in the area. The location is wonderful, close to any restaurants you could want and convenient to I-95

While moving to Florida, Michael was very helpful and accommodating during a stressful time. The room is clean and spacious for an extended stay. Walmart is close by to grab any items you need for your stay. Great concept for transitional implants moving to Florida.

I came across Woodspring suites several years ago when I worked in Tampa Fl. From that first stay I've always had a peaceful and pleasant experience. And whenever I travel my first choice for a hotel is Woodspring Suites. A few years back my granddaughter came down and she wanted to visit Daytona Beach and go to the beach. I booked a room at Woodspring Suites and we had a great time. What I like most is having the convenience and access to a kitchen. I bought my mini pancake maker and we cooked in the room and had a great time. Woodspring Suites is an extended stay and with most extended stay hotels you bring your own cookware, towels, and toiletry, etc...which is exactly how the majority of extended stay hotels run their establishments. I've been a guest for several months now at the newest location in Port St Lucie. When I saw they were building one in my area I was excited being the closet one northbound was Melbourne. This hotel has been a lifesaver for this period in my life. The management is great and very friendly Mary and Mike. The hotel is very pleasant smelling. The rooms are very spacious and clean. NOT once have I seen an unwelcomed guess crawling in my room. What I enjoy the most is being able to cook a healthy meal and that works perfect for me being I do not eat out. One thing I've noticed about Woodspring Suites is their rooms seems to be soundproof being I barely hear other guest at all walking the hall. For the price and the service of this hotel it's worth every dollar spent and I'm glad they have one in Port St Lucie. I highly recommend this hotel to someone whose in the need of right now housing if they are between moves. Blessings

You have everything near, Starbucks, restaurant, gas station... Remember you can't smoke in the place and you can't do it in public areas. The location is good near from I95. My experience was excellent. By the way, this place has e gym.

Close to everything as far as shops grocery store and restaurants. Large room, not cramped with 2 burners, full size refrigerator and microwave. I will be here again! The manager was very nice and helpful when I couldn’t get on my work computer. Issue resolved quickly. I’m a fan!
